Step 1

Initially prepare the meat, rinse the piece in running water. Dip the beef in a pot of water, cook on low heat. The cooking time of the product depends on its condition. Young meat is cooked for 40 minutes. Cool the finished piece of beef and cut into strips.

Wash eggplants, peppers, carrots and onions in warm water. Cut the eggplants into thin cubes on a convenient cutting board. Place the slices in a deep bowl, season with salt and leave for 30 minutes. Next, rinse the vegetables, squeeze the pieces well.
