Instructions

Step 1

Decide how you will roast the potatoes in the oven. Each housewife sooner or later asks how to diversify the diet. And potatoes are also no exception - you also want to cook them in a special way. The idea to figure out a dish in the oven is quite original, and there are several options for its implementation.

Step 2

Take a small saucepan and fill it with the smallest round potatoes. It often happens that in a bag brought, for example, from a summer cottage, there is not only good large tubers, but also a trifle. It is a pity to throw away such a thing, and to clean it up is a useless work. But you can still cook it. Boil selected jacket potatoes. Then cool and peel it off. Next, grease a baking dish with a little sunflower oil and place this vegetable on it (you can also lightly grease it). Season with salt and place in the oven for 30 minutes (the time can be increased if you want to fry harder) at 180-200 degrees. The dish will turn out to be especially tasty from young potatoes.

Step 3

For a different cooking method, peel the tubers. Cut them into wedges and place them on a pre-oiled baking sheet. Season with salt and brown in the same way as described in step two. This option will be much tastier if, before cooking, the potatoes are greased with a marinade, for example, cheese and kept for 10-15 minutes (various marinades are sold in stores). You can also add minced meat pre-fried with onions or boiled chicken legs to this dish (they can be greased with any seasoning of your choice). Just do not spread too thick layers on a baking sheet, otherwise you will get boiled potatoes, not fried ones. And do not slice the tubers very thinly - you run the risk of making chips. 1-3 minutes before full readiness, you can sprinkle the dish with grated cheese, it forms a pleasant crispy crust on top.
