Raw duck meat is difficult to separate from the bones. Before preparing the pate, boil the duck in salted water and only then disassemble it. Prepare lettuce leaves as a decoration before serving.

- - 2 kg of duck meat
- - 500 g duck liver
- - 250 g minced pork
- - Bay leaf
- - 1/2 tbsp. cream
- - ground black pepper
- - salt
- - mayonnaise
- - 200 g bacon
- - 1 egg yolk
- - 100 g onions
- - 400 g of large grapes
- - thyme
- - gelatin
Instructions
Step 1
Cut duck meat and liver into small pieces. Pass the blanks through a meat grinder. Mix the duck and minced pork in one container. Add egg yolk and chopped onions to the resulting mass. Pepper and salt the prepared minced meat as you wish.
Step 2
Cut the bacon into thin slices or slices and line the bottom of the baking dish, pre-oiled with vegetable oil, with the blanks. Spread the minced meat on top of the bacon in an even layer. Sprinkle lightly with thyme.
Step 3
Cover the form with foil and bake the minced meat with bacon in the oven for 40-50 minutes. Cool the finished pate. Soak gelatin in water according to the instructions and melt in a water bath.
Step 4
Put the pate on a separate plate, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on top and pour over the jelly. Decorate the entire surface of the resulting cake with half grapes. Place the dish in the refrigerator for one hour to cool.
