Try baking an apple and plum pie. It turns out to be very soft and tasty. Apples and plums give a special fruity flavor, and they are also very healthy. They contain vitamins and minerals. And most importantly, the benefits of baked apples in a pie are not diminished. To our surprise, apples do not lose their properties during heat treatment.
It is necessary
- - 250 ml of milk;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 250 g margarine;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 2 cups of flour;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- - 7 plums;
- - 4 apples;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - a bag of baking powder;
- - vanillin;
Instructions
Step 1
Wash plums and apples, separate from seeds. Cut the plums into halves, cut the apples into slices.

Boil the milk and dissolve the sugar in it.
Step 3
Beat the margarine and add a little sugar and milk. While whisking, add the eggs.
Step 4
When all the eggs have been driven in, add the vanillin and flour with baking powder. Mix well.
Step 5
Prepare the form in advance, cover with baking paper or grease with butter, lay out the dough, flatten.
Step 6
Put fruit on top, alternating between apple slices and plums. Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Put the finished cake on a flat plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with tea.
