Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour of the highest grade - 600 g;
  • Granulated sugar - 130 g;
  • Chicken egg - 4 pcs;
  • Fresh plums - 300 g;
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 small pack;
  • Red currant - 150 g;
  • Red apple - 2 pcs;
  • Sugar syrup - 50 ml;
  • Baking soda - ½ teaspoon;
  • Cinnamon - 1 pinch;
  • Butter - 280 g.

Preparation:

  1. Rinse red apples thoroughly, peel, then divide into two parts and cut out the core.
  2. Wash the plums thoroughly in warm water, then divide each into two parts and remove the pit.
  3. Separate the red currants from the antennae and stalks, wash and separate from excess debris.
  4. Break a couple of chicken eggs into a bowl, add soda there, mix well.
  5. Pour wheat flour into a deepened bowl, make a hole on top and pour in the egg mixture, add 200 grams of melted butter. Knead an elastic dough.
  6. Divide the resulting dough into two parts.
  7. Combine two chicken eggs with granulated sugar and cinnamon, beat with a blender until smooth.
  8. Roll out one share of shortcrust pastry with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1-1.5 cm, put in a greased mold. Top with slices of apples, plums, sprinkle with currants.
  9. Remaining shortcrust pastry should go to the edges and lines over the top of the baking. Decorate the cake so that it is open, this way the dough bakes better. Brush with beaten egg on top.
  10. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 160 degrees for about 50 minutes. After baking, pour the sugar syrup over the open portions of the pie. Can be served at the table.
