  • - 250 g of sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the dough first. Combine flour with cottage cheese, butter and a pinch of salt. Knead a homogeneous dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, refrigerate for 2 hours. Then take out the dough, roll it into a rectangular layer, bend the corners to the center and roll it out again. Repeat this 3 times to make a loose and layered dough.

Rinse the sturdy plums, cut each in half, remove the pits.
