  • - 250 g pasta for stuffing
  • - 300 g minced beef or veal
  • - 2 medium sized tomatoes
  • - 1 large carrot
  • - 1 onion
  • - 500 ml of drinking cream, 10% fat
  • - 50 g of hard cheese
  • - fresh herbs
  • - sunflower oil
  • - salt pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel and grate the carrots. Wash the tomatoes, dry them, cut the tails, and cut the pulp into small square pieces. Rinse greens, dry on paper towels, chop.

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pan, add chopped onions and carrots and fry a little.
