Quite budgetary and simple to prepare, but at the same time a very interesting and tasty dish. For it, you need special large pasta for stuffing in the form of large shells - they are called onions.
It is necessary
- - 250 g pasta for stuffing
- - 300 g minced beef or veal
- - 2 medium sized tomatoes
- - 1 large carrot
- - 1 onion
- - 500 ml of drinking cream, 10% fat
- - 50 g of hard cheese
- - fresh herbs
- - sunflower oil
- - salt pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel and grate the carrots. Wash the tomatoes, dry them, cut the tails, and cut the pulp into small square pieces. Rinse greens, dry on paper towels, chop.
Step 2
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pan, add chopped onions and carrots and fry a little.
Step 3
Add minced meat, season to taste and keep on fire for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula.
Step 4
Add chopped tomatoes to the pan. Keep on the stove for another 7 minutes. Add chopped greens, mix. Remove the pan from the stove.
Step 5
Boil water for pasta in a saucepan, add salt, put shells there and cook for 3 minutes until not fully cooked. Place the pasta in a colander and let the water drain.
Step 6
When the shells and filling are moderately warm, stuff the pasta. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and put the shells there. Pour cream over.
Step 7
Cover the mold with foil, put in the oven, set the timer for 40 minutes, and the temperature - 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 8
After 30 minutes of baking, remove the foil, and sprinkle the pasta with grated cheese. Cook for another 10 minutes, no longer cover with foil. After the time has elapsed, remove the form with stuffed pasta from the oven - you can immediately serve it to the table.
