Pasta with meat is a great option for a quick, simple and, most importantly, delicious lunch. For the preparation of this dish, tomato spaghetti was used, but you can take the most common ones, without additives.
It is necessary
- - 250 g of spaghetti;
- - 250 g lean minced beef;
- - 1 red bell pepper;
- - 1 small white onion (optional);
- - 1 glass of tomato sauce;
- - sunflower oil;
- - salt, freshly ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour some sunflower oil into the pan. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft. Then add ground beef to the fried onions, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, stir. Cook, stirring occasionally with a spatula. All minced meat should change color.
Step 2
Rinse the bell pepper, pat dry with a paper towel. Cut open, remove seeds and partitions. Cut the peppers into medium-sized chunks and add to the skillet with the ground beef. Cook for a minute.
Step 3
Pour the tomato sauce over the meat, stir and wait until the mixture boils. Now cover the skillet with a lid and cook for another 8 minutes over moderate heat. Lift the lid periodically and stir the sauce.
Step 4
While the sauce is preparing, boil water in a saucepan, add salt, add spaghetti and boil until tender. Place in a colander and drain.
Step 5
Put the boiled spaghetti on plates, top with the meat sauce with bell peppers. Serve immediately.
