Small portioned muffins from the most common and affordable products can be supplemented with an interesting ingredient - waffle sweets. The waffles are mixed directly into the dough, which makes the muffins even tastier. In a specific recipe, candies "35" were used, but you can take other similar ones.
It is necessary
- - 150 ml wheat flour
- - 65 ml of milk
- - 50 ml of vegetable oil
- - 40 ml sugar
- - 1 egg
- - 3 waffle sweets "35" with cream filling
- - 1 teaspoon baking powder
- - a pinch of salt
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the candies from candy wrappers and cut into pieces that should not be too small, otherwise the waffle crunch will not be preserved.
Step 2
Beat the chicken egg into a bowl, add granulated sugar and shake the mixture with a whisk or the most ordinary fork. Stir in milk and sunflower oil (preferably odorless) to the mixture. Beat the mixture again with a whisk.
Step 3
Mix flour with baking powder and sift through a kitchen sieve into a separate container. Stir in the egg and milk mixture and knead to a homogeneous dough.
Step 4
Add the pieces of candy and stir a little. Place the paper inserts in the muffin cups and fill them about three quarters of the way with the dough.
Step 5
Bake muffins in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. Carefully remove the muffins from the molds directly in the paper capsules.
