Looking at thin Chinese women, many think that they are limiting themselves in many ways. But this is not at all the case. Chinese women have an excellent appetite and eat well, they just follow a few rules.
1. Beautiful decoration of dishes. The Chinese are sure that food must be beautiful, this helps to better assimilate it.
2. Peace and quiet. Eat in a calm, relaxed atmosphere. Avoid talking, arguing, watching TV while eating. Eat with concentration, think pleasant. Positive emotions contribute to quick satiety.

4. Cook, but do not fry. Prefer steamed, boiled, or baked dishes without oil.
