If you are looking for a recipe for delicious pastries that will not take a lot of time, then this article is for you! These cookie-cutter bagels are made with a very minimal set of ingredients. The dough is simply kneaded, and the finished baked goods are aromatic and soft. We will use plastic marmalade as a filling. But the recipe allows you to use other fillings to your taste.
It is necessary
- - margarine or butter - 200 g;
- - sour cream - 200 g;
- - flour - 3 glasses;
- - soda - 1 teaspoon;
- - marmalade - 200g;
- - icing sugar for dusting.
Instructions
Step 1
For the dough, take 200 g of butter or margarine. Margarine is better for creamy. It must be free of palm oil. Remove the butter or margarine from the refrigerator to soften and knead with a fork. Instead, you can melt it in a water bath or microwave.
Step 2
We extinguish the soda, pour it into the oil. Add sour cream. You can also add 1-2 tablespoons of granulated sugar to make the dough sweeter.
Step 3
Gradually adding flour, knead the dough. It turns out not cool, but rather bold.
Step 4
We put the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Divide the dough into four parts. Roll out a circle about 3mm thick from each. The thinner the dough is rolled out, the softer the baked goods will be. Cutting the circle from the center along the radii, divide it into 8-12 slices.
Step 5
Cut the marmalade into cubes 3-4 cm long, about 1 cm thick. Put each bar on a wide edge of a dough wedge (which goes around the circumference). The length of the bar should be much shorter than the length of this edge, otherwise the filling may flow out during baking. We wrap the marmalade in dough wedges, slightly pressing the edges.
Step 6
Grease a baking sheet with butter or line with baking paper. Put bagels on it and bake for about 20 minutes - until golden brown. Remove the finished bagels from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
