This charlotte can be called lazy, since you don't need to make dough to make it. It is enough to cut the white loaf into pieces and soak them in milk. And baking will take only a few minutes. A wonderful treat for evening tea.

- - cottage cheese - 0.5 kg;
- - sugar - 150 g;
- - egg - 3 pcs.;
- - raisins - 50 g;
- - vanillin - 1 sachet;
- - butter;
- - icing sugar;
- - zest of 1 lemon;
- - grated crackers.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the loaf into thin slices. Add sugar to the milk and pour the loaf. Pour the raisins with hot water for a few minutes to swell.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with grated breadcrumbs. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sugar, eggs and grated zest from one lemon to it. Mix everything thoroughly. Then add vanillin, steamed raisins and stir the curd mass again.
Step 3
Spread the slices of bread with the curd filling and place in the form perpendicular to the bottom. Dilute the remaining filling with milk and a raw egg and pour this mixture over the pie. Sprinkle the surface with melted butter.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the curd charlotte in it for a few minutes. The dish is ready when it has a golden brown crust. Sprinkle the finished charlotte with icing sugar and serve warm.
