Especially for those who especially like to have breakfast with pastries, I suggest trying to bake bagels for tea. Their recipe is quite simple, although, of course, it is unlikely that it will be possible to quickly make them (more due to the fact that you have to wait for the dough to rise, then the already kneaded dough), but the result is worth it.

It is necessary

  • For dough:
  • • Milk (if not, you can just water) - ½ cup.
  • • Dry yeast - 1 tbsp. the spoon.
  • • Flour - 7 tbsp. spoons.
  • • Sugar - ½ tbsp. spoons.
  • For the test:
  • • Flour - 400 g.
  • • Sugar - 5 tbsp. spoons.
  • • Margarine - 200 g.
  • • Egg - 1 pc.
  • • Vodka - 1 tbsp. the spoon.
  • • Raisins (seedless) - 100 g.
  • • A packet of vanillin.
  • • Powdered sugar for dusting - 80 g.

Instructions

Step 1

First, we start the dough. We heat the milk (note, it should not be hot!), Pour it into a deep bowl, dissolve the sugar. Pour mixed yeast and flour together in advance. Cover the dough with a napkin and set it to rise for half an hour in a warm place.

Step 2

While the dough is rising, rinse the raisins in clean warm water and dry.

Step 3

After the above time has elapsed, add the egg, vodka, salt and margarine melted over the fire to the dough and mix everything thoroughly. Pour flour and vanillin into the mixture, knead the dough. It should be homogeneous with us, slightly yellowish in color. We leave it in a warm place to rise for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Put the finished dough on a table sprinkled with flour, roll it out into a layer 4-5 mm thick, cut into 4 equal strips. We cut each strip into triangles. Put raisins on the base of each of the triangles (on the widest part). We wind the dough around it so that we get a bagel.

Step 5

We put the products on a pre-greased baking sheet and let them stand under cling film for 10-15 minutes. We bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 10 minutes (the bagels should be golden at the exit). Sprinkle the finished product with icing sugar on top.
