Palm Sunday is just one of those forbidden days. And since it is allowed to eat fish, for your attention below is a recipe for a very tasty solemn carp, which has a mild aromatic taste and a crispy golden brown crust.

It is necessary

  • - 1 PC. fresh carp fish;
  • - 3 tbsp. l Kikkoman soy sauce for the marinade;
  • - ½ tbsp. l. seasonings for fish;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - bread crumbs;
  • - olive oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the carp thoroughly, clean it from the entrails. After cutting off the head, divide the fish carcass into three equal parts.

Step 2

Prepare the marinade. To do this, finely chop the garlic, then mix it with Kikkoman sauce and seasoning. Next, grate the fish pieces from the inside with the resulting marinade, then leave the fish for an hour and a half, stirring from time to time.

Step 3

In double heat mode, top and bottom, heat the oven to 200 ° C. Prepare a baking tray by greasing it with olive oil and sprinkling with breadcrumbs.

Step 4

Remove the garlic from the pieces of marinated carp and generously roll the carp pieces of fish individually in breadcrumbs.

Put the carp on a baking sheet, sprinkle with oil on top. Bake in double mode for 20 minutes, and at the end of 5-7 minutes switch to grill mode with convection. This is done so that the finished dish has a golden, appetizing crust.
