Fritters made from carp or carp caviar are an excellent option for the main menu. The recipe is easy to prepare and tastes good. At the same time, you can use different types of caviar and create your own unique recipe by changing the ingredients.

- –Fresh caviar of carp or crucian carp (260 g);
- –Chicken eggs (2-3 pcs.);
- –Baking soda (0.5 tsp);
- –Fresh dill (7 g);
- - wheat flour (2 tablespoons);
- –Salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Caviar should be pre-processed. To do this, place the caviar on a cutting board, remove streaks and visible dirt. Next, rinse the caviar thoroughly under running water. Place in a colander and wait for excess liquid to drain.
Step 2
Transfer the prepared caviar into a deep container, salt and stir. Let the mixture steep a little and then add the eggs, then beat until smooth.
Step 3
Add baking soda to separately sifted flour. Stir and combine with the caviar and egg mixture. Chop the dill very finely and add to the bulk. Stir well again with a blender or wooden spatula and let sit for a while.
Step 4
Place a heavy-bottomed pan on the hotplate with oil. Wait until the oil is warmed up and with a spoon dipped in water, lay out the caviar mass in the form of pancakes. Fry the pancakes on each side, covered, for at least 15 minutes. The caviar should be completely fried.
Step 5
When the first batch of pancakes is ready, place each pancake on a paper towel. This must be done in order for the glass to have excess oil. Then transfer each pancake to another plate and cover with a towel to keep the dish warm for a long time.
