- 2 eggs;

- 1 tbsp. l. wheat flour;

- 3 tbsp. l. semolina;

- ground black pepper;

- salt;

- vegetable oil.

First of all, thoroughly rinse the crucian carp caviar and remove the films. Then add a tablespoon of wheat flour and 3 tablespoons of semolina, beat in 2 eggs and mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and put on a low heat. Once the oil is hot, take the mixture with a tablespoon and place the pancakes in the pan. They are fried very quickly, literally for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve ready-made pancakes with vegetable salads or mashed potatoes.

- 1 head of onion;

- 1 egg;

- spices to taste;

- Bay leaf;

- vegetable oil.

Rinse caviar and chop with a fork. Peel the onions and finely chop or grate. Then mix it with caviar and add semolina, flour, salt, pepper, spices to taste and stir in the minced meat for the cutlets. In consistency, it should resemble thick sour cream. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry caviar cutlets in it. Then transfer them to a saucepan, add a little water and lay in the bay leaf. Cover the pot with a lid, place on a low heat and simmer the patties for 10 minutes.
