To prepare a delicious fish soup, prepare the following products: 500 grams of bellies or trout fillets, 5-6 small potato tubers, carrots, bell peppers, 2 onions, 3 tomatoes, dill and parsley, pepper, salt, vegetable oil for frying.

Peel the abdomens of scales, just cut the fillets into small equal pieces, rinse. Put the fish in a saucepan with cold water, cook for 25 minutes over low heat. While the trout is cooking, peel and dice the onions and carrots. Free the pepper from seeds and stalks, chop it into strips, like potatoes.

Remove the fish from the pan and set aside on a plate, strain the broth through a fine sieve, bring to a boil again, add potatoes to it. Pour the tomatoes with boiling water and keep in it for 5 minutes, cool, remove the skin from them, cut into cubes, add to the broth with potatoes. Pour vegetable oil into a hot frying pan, fry the carrots with onions and peppers until golden brown. When the potatoes are almost ready, put the fish in it, fry, salt, pepper, cook until tender. Serve with finely chopped herbs.

Connoisseurs of seafood and cheese will love their trout soup with cheese. For cooking, you will need 200 grams of trout fillet, one potato tuber, a head of onion, 150 grams of goat cheese, herbs, salt, pepper, spices.

Rinse the fish, dry a little with a cloth towel, divide into equal portions. Place in a pot of water and cook over medium heat until tender. Peel the onions and potatoes, rinse under running water, cut into cubes. Put the prepared vegetables into the ready-made rich broth, salt and pepper, add spices to taste and cook for another 10-15 minutes. When the vegetables are cooked, add the cheese, cut into small pieces, wait until it melts. Instead of goat cheese, you can use any processed cheese. Serve trout soup with chopped herbs and white bread toasted until golden brown.
