Ukha is a traditional and favorite Russian dish with countless ways of cooking. If you cook sturgeon fish soup, it will have a rich taste and great aroma. Such an ear is also prepared, perhaps easier and faster than other recipes. Just half an hour, and on the table a magnificent and tasty dish will already be smoking in the plates - sturgeon fish soup.
It is necessary
- - sturgeon fillet - 0.5 kg
- -potatoes - 2 pcs.
- -small carrot - 1 pc.
- - medium-sized onions - 1 pc.
- -salt - to taste
- - laurel leaf - 2 pcs.
- - fresh herbs (parsley and dill) - 1 bunch
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the sturgeon fillets, cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Wash and peel potatoes and carrots, peel onions. Cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes, finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Boil water in a saucepan (about two to two and a half liters). After boiling, lay in chopped vegetables and add salt

Place the sturgeon cubes in a saucepan five minutes after boiling again. Then cook the fish soup over medium heat for 8-10 minutes (do not overcook!).
Step 5
Remove limescale deposits with a spoon. Place the washed bay leaf in a saucepan a couple of minutes before cooking. After the end of cooking, close the ear with a lid, let it sweat for a few minutes.
Step 6
Wash and finely chop fresh parsley and dill. When serving sturgeon fish soup on the table, sprinkle herbs on the plates.
