One of the tastiest and quickest first courses is the mixed minced meat meatball soup. If you wish, you can improve this dish with vegetables and various cereals.

It is necessary
- - 300 grams of minced pork and beef;
- - 2-3 pcs. potatoes;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 1 onion;
- - ground black pepper and favorite seasonings for soup;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. They need to be dipped in water and put in a saucepan over medium heat. Further, the rest of the vegetables are prepared for the broth.
Step 2
Onions do not need to be chopped. It is enough to clean it, wash it, cut it into two parts and also lower it into a saucepan. Carrots are grated on a coarse grater and also sent to the future soup. At the same time, you do not need to fry vegetables in sunflower oil.
Step 3
Now is the time to cook the meatballs. To do this, minced meat from a mixture of pork and beef must be salt and add black ground pepper and other seasonings to taste. If you wish, you can squeeze 3-4 cloves of garlic into the minced meat.
Step 4
From the resulting meat mass, small meatballs are formed, which are immediately dipped into a boiling vegetable broth. The balls can be of very different sizes. It depends on the tastes of all family members and the hostess herself.
Step 5
It remains only to add salt and seasonings for the soup to the broth itself, and then leave it to cook for about 15-20 minutes.
Step 6
If desired, in addition to the listed ingredients, you can also add any other vegetables or cereals to the broth - for example, red bell pepper and rice.
The soup is served hot with garlic croutons from white or black bread.
