A very tasty river fish that you can catch yourself for a meal is crucian carp. There are a lot of ways to cook crucian carp. The easiest one is to peel the fish, roll it in flour, salt and fry it in a pan. And you can use additional ingredients that make the dish tastier and more aromatic.

- 6 cloves of garlic

Peel the onion and cut into thin rings.

Sprinkle the onion with lime juice, season with salt and pepper, mix well.
