Among other river fish, crucian carp is not the last, it is very popular with fishermen. There is a huge variety of recipes for cooking fish: in sour cream, in the oven, fried, fish soup. All these recipes are time-tested, but there is another recipe for how to cook crucian carp in the oven, very juicy and tasty, which deserves attention.
It is necessary
- 1.2 pieces of crucian carp fish weighing 700-800 grams;
- 2. 450 gr sour cream 20% fat;
- 3. 2 onions;
- 4.2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- 5. a bunch of dill;
- 6. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 1
Baking fish in the oven is a simple process, but you need to approach it carefully. First, we prepare the crucian carp: gut it, clean it from the scales. Rinse well and dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Crucian carp can be baked in the oven as a whole, but for large fish it is permissible to cut off the head - this is a matter of taste.
Step 2
To make the crucian fish not so bony, you need to cut it across the body (from the ridge to the abdomen) so that the small bones are steamed during cooking and not pricked like that.
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil into a baking sheet. Rub the carp with salt and pepper. It is quite possible to use a ready-made mixture of seasonings intended for cooking fish. Fish in sour cream in the oven is especially tasty.
Step 4
Cut the onions into half rings, finely chop the dill. Inside the fish, crucian carp is abundantly greased with sour cream and stuffed with onions and herbs.
Step 5
We put the carp prepared in this way on a baking sheet, grease the carp with sour cream abundantly and send it to the oven, preheated to 200 gr.
Baking fish in the oven will take 35-40 minutes.
