It is best to purchase fresh crucian carp, which must be cut as follows: cut off the fish's head, make a longitudinal cut, then remove the insides. If milk or caviar is available, transfer to a separate cup.

Wash the carcasses of the fish well so that the crucians are sure to be clean inside, and then salt the fish a little. It is best to use sea salt. Paprika, thyme, rosemary, dried garlic, turmeric, or coriander are good spices for fish. Dill can be added for flavor. Rub the carcasses of crucian carcasses with these spices and salt.

Wash the carrots and grate them on a fine grater. Wash the sweet bell pepper, remove the entrails and seeds, cut it into small cubes. Mix the carrots and peppers well, and then stuff the carcasses with this mixture.
