Delicious fish dish - crucian carp in sour cream. No special tricks are required for its preparation, and the result is usually excellent.

- - Crucian carp - 1 kg;
- - Eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - Sour cream - 500 g;
- - Vegetable oil - 0.5 cups;
- - Turnip onions - 2 pcs.;
- - Bread crumbs - 5 tablespoons;
- - Parsley, dill - to taste;
- - Salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the fish. The carp must be cleaned and gutted, but the head is left. Wash and dry the fish, salt, now let it sit for 10 minutes.

Peel the onion, chop finely. Put the pan on the fire, pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil on it and heat it up. Fry the onions with constant stirring until golden brown - the heat should be medium. When the onion is ready, turn off the heat under the pan - let it stand for a while.
Step 3
Beat eggs, stir in onions. Put the breadcrumbs on a wide plate. The fish should be rolled first in a mixture of eggs and onions, then in breadcrumbs.
Step 4
In a frying pan, the fish is fried until golden brown on each side. Put the fried carp in a container and pour over the sour cream. You can add an egg to the sour cream, mix and pour this mixture.
Step 5
Preheat the oven. The dishes with crucian carp should be placed in the upper part of the oven. Bake for about twenty minutes at 180-200 degrees. Serve the carp, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs.
