Charcoal salmon is a healthy and delicious dish. Properly cooked fish, accompanied by fresh vegetables, aromatic potatoes and white wine, will decorate any picnic.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of salmon;
- - 2 onions;
- - 2 lemons or limes;
- - pepper, salt and your favorite seasonings to taste;
- - olive or sunflower oil for lubrication.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the fish under running cold water, let it dry a little. For salmon kebab, it is better to buy chilled fish. Frozen salmon has neither taste nor particular benefit. Cut the salmon into large enough pieces and place them in a saucepan.
Step 2
Chop the onions into rings. Add it to the fish pan, pepper and salt to your liking. You can season the salmon with your favorite spices. Coriander or thyme are ideal. Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice and marinate for 40-60 minutes.
Step 3
Skewer the pickled salmon. Tomato slices, onion rings, bell peppers or other vegetables can be placed between the pieces of fish. Then drizzle lightly with sunflower oil or olive oil. The grill grate can be used instead of skewers.
Step 4
Place the salmon skewers on the grill. The fish cooks pretty quickly, so you should be very careful when cooking it. Cooking, as a rule, takes about 20 minutes, no more, otherwise the fish will simply dry out. When the salmon kebab is ready, serve it with vegetables and fresh herbs. Its taste will be perfectly set off by chilled dry white wine. Bon appetit and great mood at the picnic!
