Fish is one of the healthiest foods. Chum salmon are rightfully ranked among very valuable products, due to the content of a large amount of vitamins, minerals and fatty acids (Omega-3). In addition, it is a source of high quality animal proteins.

- chum fillet - 800 g;
- beer (light) - 250 ml;
- flour - 100 g;
- starch - 1 tbsp. l;
- egg - 1 pc;
- ginger powder - 1 tbsp. l;
- green tea (packaged) - 1 package;
- lemon juice - 3 tbsp. l;
- salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the chum fillet slightly, then carefully remove the skin from it and cut into pieces 1–1.5 cm wide.
Step 2
Prepare the fish marinade. Brew a bag of green tea in boiling water (100 ml), cool, add salt, ginger and lemon juice. Pour chum salmon with this marinade and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3
Using "break", prepare the side dish. Usually it is rice or potatoes (in any form). But you can cook vegetables in the oven or steamed. Chop your preferred vegetables coarsely, sprinkle with seasonings, brush with oil, place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven (stir 2-3 times in the process) or steam.
Step 4
Prepare the batter. Mix well flour (50 g) and starch, add beer and egg. Mix everything.
Step 5
Dip each piece of fillet in flour, and then dip in batter, then fry them in heated vegetable oil on both sides until tender (on each side for about 3-4 minutes).
Step 6
Put the cooked fish on paper towels for a few minutes to absorb excess fat.
Place a slice of fish on a platter, add herbs and your favorite side dish.
