It is necessary
-
- 250 g fresh salmon
- 150 g cauliflower
- 1 beetroot (medium)
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- spices to taste (salt
- pepper)
- foil
Instructions
Step 1
Wash salmon steaks, dry, rub with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with lemon juice and brush with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Step 2
Wash, peel and rub the beets on a fine grater. Squeeze out the juice (you should get about 4-5 tablespoons).
Step 3
Pour the beetroot juice into a ladle, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, 0.5 cups of water. Boil.
Step 4
Divide the cabbage into inflorescences and rinse. Add to the prepared brine and simmer for 15–20 minutes. Drain the brine.
Step 5
Cut the bell pepper into strips. Put on the foil: cabbage inflorescences, pepper, and on top - salmon. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Wrap well in foil so that steam does not escape during cooking.
Step 6
Place the foil in an oven preheated to 200-220 degrees. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
