    • 400 g salmon fillet;
    • 100 g corn flour;
    • 2 cloves of garlic;
    • 1 red hot pepper;
    • 1 bunch of green onions;
    • 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
    • 0.5 tsp Thai fish sauce;
    • a pinch of brown cane sugar;
    • a piece of ginger root 2 cm long;
    • 1 bunch of mint;
    • 1 bunch of tarragon;
    • 1 tbsp. l. seasonings for fish;
    • 2 tbsp. l. peanut butter;
    • 2 tbsp. l. sesame oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the fish. If it is in the freezer, defrost it first. To do this, it is better to leave the fish in the refrigerator overnight. If time is short, thaw fish at room temperature. So that the taste of the fish fillet does not deteriorate. It should not be thawed in water.

Step 2

Sift the cornmeal. Place it in a large bowl. Place the salmon there and mix everything well.

Step 3

Prepare the garlic. To do this, peel 2 cloves of garlic and cut them into thin slices. Wash the pepper well, remove the seeds and chop finely with a knife. Peel and chop the ginger root into small strips. Wash tarragon and mint thoroughly, dry slightly and chop finely and finely. Wash green onions, dry and cut into rings.

Preheat a skillet over high heat. Pour 1 tablespoon of sesame and peanut butter into it and fry the fish over high heat until golden brown. Turn the pieces over and fry on the other side. It takes three minutes to brown each side.

Remove skillet from heat. Pour the resulting sauce over the salmon slices and serve.
