Step 1

One of the most traditional options for preparing salmon is salmon with lemon. To prepare this dish, pieces of chilled fish must first be salted and pepper to taste, and then start to fry in highly heated refined oil. The pan should sizzle when the fish touches it. After each side has been held on high heat for about a minute, moderate the ardor of your stove, let the fish simmer until fully cooked. Around the middle of cooking, thin slices of lemon should be placed on the salmon: they will give it a pleasant fresh taste. At the very end of cooking, before serving, sprinkle the fish with herbs - parsley, dill or cilantro! Also, a green salad and slices of fresh lemon will be a great addition to the dish.

For a more intense lemon flavor, let the fish marinate in highly diluted lemon juice with spices for a few minutes before cooking.

Another recipe for a chef's note. Marinate the salmon fillet with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Peel and core the apples, pour over with citric acid. Fry salmon on the grill (in the absence of it - in a pan) until cooked. Put apple slices on top of the fish, pour over with sour cream sauce, sprinkle with hard cheese. In this case, the brand of cheese is not important, the main thing is that it is not too soft. Bake the finished dish in the oven until a golden crust forms.

Serve such broccoli or stewed vegetables. You will definitely not get better from such a side dish! This dish is very nutritious, but at the same time meets all the rules of a healthy diet! (Especially if you make a small discount for the high fat content of sour cream)

And here is a salmon recipe that is perfect for a festive table. To cook fish on it, you should first rub it with sea salt and seasonings (to taste), and then put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours - marinate. If you are running out of time, cover the fish dishes with a very heavy lid and add more spices and herbs - this will significantly reduce the marinating time.

Then, fry the steaks in a fully heated frying pan, naturally greased with vegetable (olive) oil so that the fish does not burn. On each side: one - two minutes! Then put the salmon in a baking dish and pour over the cream.

On top of the salmon, you can put a traditional lemon (cut into beautiful rings) and sprinkle with parsley or dill: who loves what!

Place the lid on the fish and continue cooking. In an oven heated to 250 degrees, the fish should stay for another 15 - 20 minutes. Then you can ask the guests to come to the table!
