  • - 4 potatoes;

Step 1

Defrost the fish cooked in the ear in advance, if it was originally frozen, fill it with water and put it to boil. While the water is boiling, peel the potatoes, onions, and carrots. Cut the carrots into medium-sized strips, and the potatoes into small cubes. You do not need to cut the onion.

Step 2

Once the water has boiled, salt and season with any spices of your choice. If foam appears, remove it with a slotted spoon. Add the onion to the water and leave to simmer. 10 minutes after boiling, remove the onion from the broth and add the potatoes. The fire should be reduced.

Step 3
