Mackerel is a very valuable commercial fish. She has a sufficient fat fillet, it contains vitamin B12. Different dishes are prepared from mackerel, because the fish lacks small bones, and its taste is very delicate. The ear is obtained from fragrant mackerel, fresh greens add brightness.
It is necessary
- - 1 mackerel;
- - 2 potatoes;
- - 2 carrots;
- - 1 onion;
- - 1 lemon;
- - a pinch of ground black pepper;
- - bay leaf, salt;
- - fresh herbs: green onions, dill, parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel fresh mackerel, rinse, cut into large pieces. Transfer the pieces of fish to a saucepan, cover with water. It is enough to take a two-liter saucepan.
Step 2
Peel the carrots and onions. Cut one carrot into 4 pieces and place in a saucepan along with the onion. Add some chopped herbs.
Step 3
Bring to a boil. Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes, pour into a saucepan. Finely cut the second carrot into strips, also send to the soup. Season with salt to taste.
Step 4
Cook vegetables until tender. After that, add a few bay leaves, pepper, turn off the heat and close the pan with a lid - let the ear infuse.
Step 5
Pour the prepared mackerel soup into soup bowls, put a slice of fresh lemon in each, sprinkle with chopped greens generously, especially do not spare green onions - it is ideal for fish soup.
