This cake has an excellent aroma, berry-nut flavor. It is better to take an assorted berries - currants, raspberries, gooseberries. Such a pie is quite satisfying, you can even cook it for lunch or serve a slice as a dessert.
It is necessary
- For the cake:
- - 3/4 cup wheat flour;
- - 1/2 cup nuts;
- - 1 glass of oatmeal;
- - 4 st. spoons of milk, vegetable oil, sugar;
- - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
- For filling:
- - 200 g of berries;
- - 1 glass of plain yogurt;
- - 1/2 cup sugar;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of starch.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the oatmeal with flour, chopped nuts (such as peanuts) and baking soda. Add milk, butter, stir. Add sugar, stir again. Remember the mass, it should begin to gather into a ball.
Step 2
Lubricate the split mold with oil. Spread the dough over the bottom of the mold. Place the berries on top. If you have frozen berries, then you do not need to defrost them.
Step 3
Beat raw eggs with granulated sugar. Add a spoonful of starch, yogurt, beat again. Pour the resulting filling on top of the berries, put in the oven. Cook for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, then about 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Check the pie with a wooden stick.
Step 4
Cool the nut-oatmeal pie with berries without removing it from the mold, then transfer to a dish, cut into portions. Serve with tea, milk or coffee.
