Step 1
First of all, in a convenient container, you will need to mix the sifted flour with oatmeal, sugar and baking powder. The mass must be thoroughly mixed. It will turn out to be very dry. Next, you need to add vanillin and slightly melted butter to the dough. With both hands, the mass must again be thoroughly mixed and turned into crumbs.
Step 2
Most of the resulting dough should be placed in a round split mold. It should be tightly packed in the container and pressed against the bottom. Otherwise, the finished cake will not hold its shape and will fall apart during slicing.
Step 3
For the filling, cottage cheese must be mixed with egg and sugar. If the mass turns out to be heterogeneous, then it can be additionally thoroughly mixed with a blender. At the end of mixing, it is necessary to add potato starch to the mass, and then the selected berries. It can be blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, cherries, or any other to taste.
The filling will need to be laid out on top of the dough, and sprinkled on top with the remaining flour and oatmeal crumbs.
Step 4
Dessert should be baked in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. It will take about 40 minutes to get ready. Ice cream, yogurt or sour cream can be served with the finished cake.
