When you want to pamper yourself with an airy dessert, you can use a simple recipe and prepare a mousse of cottage cheese, cream and wild berries, unique in taste and beauty.
  It is necessary
- - 300 gr. cottage cheese rubbed through a sieve;
 - - 200 gr. cream with a fat content of 35%;
 - - 50 gr. Sahara;
 - - 150 gr. berries (raspberries, strawberries or blackberries);
 - - 8 biscuits (or other crumbly cookies);
 - - blueberry jam;
 - - fresh mint for garnish.

Instructions
Step 1
First you need to prepare the mousse molds. This can be done using plastic, wrapping it around the cookie and securing it with a piece of tape. You can use regular glass glasses, but in this case the mousse will look less impressive.
  Step 2
Whip cream with sugar and combine with cottage cheese. We remove two-thirds of the mousse to the side, and beat the remaining mass with berries.
Step 3
Put the mousse with berries on the cookies, add a spoonful of blueberry jam on top.
  Step 4
The last layer is cottage cheese with cream and sugar, which we removed to the side earlier.
Step 5
The finished mousse needs to be refrigerated for a couple of hours. Before serving, very carefully remove the plastic form, garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves.
