A very airy, incredibly tasty and simple cake made from cottage cheese cream, canned fruits and savoyardi cookies. In appearance, it seems complicated, but this impression is deceptive, so you can safely start preparing this dessert.

It is necessary

  • - 600 ml heavy whipping cream;
  • - 250 gr. curd cheese;
  • - 115 gr. icing sugar;
  • - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
  • - a bag of gelatin;
  • - 150 gr. canned fruits (assorted);
  • - 6 pieces of savoyardi cookies (or its analogues);
  • - edible silver balls (optional);
  • - strawberry syrup for decoration.

Instructions

Step 1

Moisten the mold (21 x 11 x 6 cm) with cold water and lay it out with cling film.

Step 2

Whisk 450 ml of cream in a bowl until thick as possible.

In another bowl, beat the curd cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Combine with cream.

Pour a bag of gelatin into a cup, fill it with 5 tablespoons of warm water and put it in a water bath so that it dissolves. Add gelatin to the cream base and mix gently.

Step 5

Drain the syrup from the fruit and start the cake.

Divide the cream mass into 3 parts. We spread the first layer into the mold.

Savoyardi biscuits (3 pieces) are dipped in the syrup left over from the fruit and put in a mold on top of the cream. Add half of the fruit.

Cover the cookies and fruits with the last layer of cream and smooth it out. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, but ideally overnight.
