Curd cake with berries and shortcrust crumbs is not only delicious everyday baked goods, but also a great dessert for the sudden arrival of guests. The recipe for this pie is very easy, and the ingredients are almost always at hand. This cake will no doubt become your favorite curd baked goods.
It is necessary
- - cottage cheese, 500 gr.;
- - flour - 300 gr.;
- - butter - 150 gr.;
- - sugar, 7-8 tablespoons;
- - eggs, 3 pcs.;
- - berries, fresh or frozen, 3-4 tablespoons;
- - vanillin, 1 sachet.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, you need to prepare the sand crumbs. To do this, take soft butter (preferably from the refrigerator, not from the freezer) and mash it well with a spoon, or grate it. Add flour and 4 or 5 tablespoons of sugar to the butter (to taste). Mix everything thoroughly. You should have fine to medium-sized homogeneous sand crumbs. Butter can be substituted with a spread or margarine, but then the taste of the pie will suffer a little.
Step 2
Now you need to prepare the curd filling. Put the cottage cheese in a deep plate. Add eggs, remaining sugar and vanillin. Mix everything well with a spoon or blender. Then add washed and slightly dried berries and mix again, but now only with a spoon. Sour berries look best in this pie. For example, red currant or sea buckthorn. However, you can add any other berries as well.
Step 3
Take a baking dish and grease it with vegetable oil, or line it with baking paper. Place half of the sand crumbs on the bottom of the mold. Smooth it out with a spoon and compress a little. After that, pour all the curd filling into the mold, and then sprinkle it with the remaining sand crumbs.
Step 4
Preheat the oven 180 degrees, bake the pie for 30-35 minutes. The toasted crumb is the indication that the cake is ready.
Step 5
Remove the cake from the oven and refrigerate. And then serve with tea or coffee. Bon Appetit!
