  • - 450 gr. fresh berries;
  • - 2 sachets of gelatin (approximately 18 grams);
  • - water (amount according to the instructions on the gelatin packaging).
  • - 6 tablespoons of sugar for gelatin.

Preheat the oven to 175C. Beat the yolks with sugar.
