Berry pies are more of a summer treat, but in winter you can make a delicious dessert with cottage cheese cream and fresh berries at hand.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 10 eggs (whites separate from the yolks);
- - 200 gr. Sahara;
- - 100 gr. flour for cakes.
- For the cream:
- - 510 gr. curd cheese;
- - 110 gr. butter;
- - 120 ml sour cream;
- - 140 gr. icing sugar.
- For the berry top of the pie:
- - 120 gr. any berry jam;
- - 450 gr. fresh berries;
- - 2 sachets of gelatin (approximately 18 grams);
- - water (amount according to the instructions on the gelatin packaging).
- - 6 tablespoons of sugar for gelatin.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175C. Beat the yolks with sugar.
Step 2
Add flour to the yolks with sugar and beat again.
Step 3
Beat the whites until firm foam and add to the cream in two passes, stirring gently with a spatula.
Step 4
Divide the dough into two parts. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and grease with a little butter. For this recipe, a 30 x 38 cm baking sheet was used. Gently distribute the dough and bake in 2 passes two cakes for 12-15 minutes each.
Step 5
Let the cakes cool slightly. At this time, we prepare the cream. In a bowl, mix curd cheese, butter, sour cream and powdered sugar until smooth.
Step 6
We spread the cream on the cake and distribute it evenly.
Step 7
Close with the second cake.
Step 8
Distribute the jam over the cake and lay out the berries.
Step 9
Dilute gelatin with sugar according to the instructions and fill it with a pie.

A completely cooled cake must be additionally chilled in the refrigerator for several hours.
