- 2 cups sifted wheat flour;
- 150 g of butter (cheap, in the manner of margarine, it is not recommended to take);
- 300 g of cottage cheese;
- 2 eggs;
- a glass or slightly less sugar;
- optional vanillin.
Step by step recipe
All the preparation of cottage cheese pie with crumbs can be described in a few simple words: grind, beat, put in a mold and bake. In fact, no one usually has any difficulties, you can cook such a delicious pie at least every day. Children especially like it, but adults do not refuse to treat themselves to aromatic and unusual pastries.
The recipe consists of several sequential steps.
1) Grate frozen butter on a coarse grater into a bowl.
2) Pour in 2 cups of flour and half a glass of granulated sugar (half will also go into the curd filling).
3) Grind the mass with a spoon until crumbs. Set aside five minutes.
4) Separately beat eggs, cottage cheese and half a glass of sugar with a mixer in a dish until smooth. You can add vanillin for a scent.
