This everyday budget recipe should be in every housewife's culinary piggy bank. A delicate and aromatic cake is prepared very quickly and easily, but its taste will delight all households.
Ingredients for making cheese and sausage pie:
- 2 raw chicken eggs;
- 250-270 ml of fresh kefir (any fat content);
- 1 tbsp. flour (plus / minus 50 grams);
- half a teaspoon of soda and salt;
- 250 grams of "Russian" cheese (another one is possible);
- 200-250 gr of sausage (or any sausage products: sausages, sausages or ham);
- a bunch of fresh herbs.
Cooking a quick pie with cheese and sausage:
1. Mix kefir with baking soda and leave for a few minutes.
2. At this time, lightly beat the eggs and salt, then pour the kefir there.
3. Add the required amount of flour so that the dough is as thick as pancakes.
4. The dough should be mixed until smooth.
5. Then grate cheese directly into the dough, put chopped sausage or sausages, chopped greens and mix.
6. Grease a dish of a suitable size with any oil and sprinkle a little with bread crumbs.
7. Pour the pie blank into a baking dish, level with a spatula.
8. Bake for 25 minutes in a hot oven (200-210 degrees). If the cake is browned earlier, then the degrees must be reduced to 150.
