I suggest you bake a delicious, hearty and fairly easy-to-prepare portioned pie with cheese and sausage. Surely loved ones will appreciate such interesting and unusual pastries.
It is necessary
- - dry yeast - 15 g;
- - milk - 100 ml;
- - sour cream - 0.5 cups;
- - salt - 0.5 teaspoon;
- - eggs - 2 pcs.;
- - flour - 2-2, 5 cups;
- - hard cheese - 150 g;
- - smoked sausage - 100 g;
- - dried vegetables - 2-3 teaspoons;
- - olive oil - 40 ml;
- - sugar - 1 teaspoon;
- - sesame seeds.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour dry yeast with 50 milliliters of warm milk, mix it with granulated sugar. Turning the mixture into a homogeneous mixture, add salt to it along with sour cream. Mix everything properly, then set aside in a place where it is warm enough for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
After the time has elapsed, add the rest of the milk and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Next, pour into the bulk, passing through a sieve, wheat flour. After kneading the dough until smooth, place it in heat, cover it with a towel on top, and do not touch it until it approximately doubles in its volume.
Step 3
After placing the risen dough on the work surface, roll it into a layer, the thickness of which is approximately 3-5 millimeters. Cut this layer into equal rectangles. On each of them, first put hard grated cheese, then chopped sausage. Sprinkle some dried vegetables over the filling. Roll all layers so that you get small rolls.
Step 4
Place the rolls in a round baking dish so that you get a single pie. Leave the dough warm for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Beat the remaining raw chicken egg, then apply it to the surface of the dough. Decorate the future pie with sesame seeds and bake it in the oven, the temperature of which is 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes.
Step 6
When the pastry has a golden brown color, remove it from the oven. The portioned pie with cheese and sausage is ready!
