Pizza with sausage and cheese can be served not only for a large feast, but for evening gatherings with loved ones. The recipe is very simple, the dish is prepared very quickly. This pizza is good for the road, it tastes good even when cooled down - a good alternative to sandwiches.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 300 grams of wheat flour,
- - 1 teaspoon dry yeast,
- - 180 ml of water,
- - 0.5 teaspoons of salt,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sunflower oil.
- For filling:
- - 100 grams of hard cheese,
- - 100 grams of smoked sausage,
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste,
- - 2 tomatoes,
- - greens to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine yeast, salt and sifted flour in a bowl. Pour water into the dry mixture, stir and add sunflower oil. Knead the dough for about ten minutes, then roll into a ball and set aside for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the sausage into thin half rings. Grate the cheese coarsely. Wash the tomatoes, dry, cut into slices. Rinse and chop fresh herbs.
Step 3
Sprinkle the table with flour and roll the dough into a layer. Roll to the size of the baking sheet or shape - depending on what you will bake the pizza.
Step 4
Grease a baking sheet with butter and gently transfer the dough to it. Form small bumpers.
Step 5
Brush the dough with tomato paste or ketchup, to taste. Place the sausage on top of the pasta. Place tomato slices on the sausage, sprinkle with chopped herbs and cover with cheese.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the pizza for about half an hour.
Cool the finished pizza a little, cut into portions and serve.
