Step 1
Rinse the pork well first. Add garlic, paprika, parsley, olive oil, basil, onion and marinate overnight.

Make several punctures with a knife along the bone. Take a frying pan, heat it strongly and fry the meat for 2-3 minutes on each side. The meat should have a golden brown crust.

Prepare aromatic oil. In a bowl, mix room temperature butter, add lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste, add herbs and mix everything well.

Then wrap in plastic wrap and put in a cold place until it solidifies.
