Salad with chicken and prunes "Tenderness" fully justifies its name. This dish is prepared very quickly, and when decorating it, the hostesses can show a little imagination. The salad can be served in separate wide glasses, spreading the food in layers, or mixed in one salad bowl.
It is necessary
- - 300 g chicken fillet
- - 100 g walnuts
- - mayonnaise
- - salt
- - 2 small fresh cucumbers
- - 100 g of prunes
- - 150 g of hard cheese
- - 4 eggs
- - 150 g pickled champignons
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until tender or fry in vegetable oil, after chopping the meat into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Grate walnuts or chop with a knife.
Step 2
Boil the eggs and chop. Pour the prunes with boiling water for 15-20 minutes. Then cut each fruit into small cubes or strips. Chop the cucumbers into thin strips. Optionally, you can replace the cucumbers with pickled mushrooms.
Step 3
Layer in a salad bowl - chicken fillet, prunes, walnuts, mayonnaise, cucumbers and eggs. Spread the top layer with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 4
In order to make the salad more tender, you can smear each layer with mayonnaise. The main thing in this case is not to overdo it with this ingredient. Otherwise, the taste of other products will not be appreciated.
