On the shelves of modern stores, you can find several dozen different types of mayonnaise, but the hostesses know that the most delicious and healthy is homemade mayonnaise, prepared on their own.
Homemade mayonnaise with lemon juice
Place 1 egg, a glass of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of sugar, a little salt and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in a half liter jar. Put on the whisk attachment on the immersion blender and beat everything well right in the jar. It usually takes 2-3 minutes to achieve the optimal consistency.
Homemade mayonnaise with Dijon mustard
Break an egg into a liter jar, add another yolk, 350 ml of vegetable oil, a tablespoon of mustard, 50-60 ml of water and juice from half a lemon. Beat everything with a mixer with a whisk.
Homemade mayonnaise with milk
Pour 150 ml of milk and butter into a bowl and beat for about 4 minutes. Then add a teaspoon of mustard and beat until white. Then, in the process of whipping, pour in the lemon juice and beat for another minute, until the desired density. Homemade mayonnaise according to such simple recipes is prepared in just a couple of minutes, but its quality and taste will be at its best. And, most importantly, it will be an absolutely natural product without harmful chemical additives.
