  • - 400 g butter
  • - 1 can of condensed milk
  • - 2-3 bananas
  • - 70-100 g of chocolate
  • - coconut flakes
  • - 50-70 g of walnut kernels
  • - lemon juice

Instructions

Step 1

Separate the yolks from the whites. Grind half of the sugar with proteins until it increases in volume and turns the mass into white. Beat the whites on a medium mixer speed until a thick foam forms, then increase the speed, pour in the remaining sugar in a trickle. Add 1/3 of the whipped whites to the yolks, mix. Add sifted flour, proteins. Stir the dough.

Step 2

Bake the biscuit in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, about 30-35 minutes. Withstand the biscuit for 8 hours.

Cut off the top 2 cm thick. Choose the crumb from the bottom of the cake, leaving the bottom and sides 1.5 cm thick.
