Ingredients:

  • 1 package of seafood cocktail (weighing 450 g);
  • half a glass of dry white wine;
  • 1 onion, carrot, leek, celery root;
  • 10 peppercorns;
  • olive oil for frying;
  • fresh herbs for everybody.

How to cook:

1. Peel the celery, cut. Peel the onions and carrots, chop and fry in a little olive oil.

2. Place a pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil. Lay out the fried vegetables, cook for 15 minutes, then strain the broth - vegetables are no longer required. But if desired, they can be left in the prepared soup.
