Julienne with champignons and chicken is simply delicious. It looks very appetizing, and the aroma of puff pastry baked on top beckons to look inside. Make mushroom and chicken julienne for dinner.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of champignons;
- - 400 g of chicken meat;
- - 1 onion;
- - 300 ml of cream;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of broth;

- - puff pastry;
- - cheese;

Instructions
Step 1
Chop the mushrooms. Fry in vegetable oil. Dice the onion and fry separately from the mushrooms.

Boil the meat, cut into strips. Fry in vegetable oil. Combine mushrooms, meat and onions.

Cooking the sauce: Melt butter in a frying pan, add flour. Heat for 2 minutes, stirring continuously with a whisk.

Add cold broth, cream. Salt to taste. Heat for 3 minutes. The finished sauce will be like thick sour cream in consistency.

Combine the sauce with mushrooms and meat. Arrange in pots. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Then from the finished puff pastry, cut out triangular strips and circles, close the pots with them like lids.
