It is necessary
- - 250 ml of low-fat cream;
- - 200 g chicken fillet;
- - 250 g of mushrooms (champignons);
- - 50 g onions;
- - 200 g of hard cheese;
- - 20 g of premium flour;
- - 20 g butter;
- - salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the onion thoroughly in cold water, peel and chop very finely. Preheat a skillet and melt the butter in it. Fry the onion in oil until golden brown.
Step 2
Rinse the mushrooms, dry and carefully cut into thin slices. Add the mushrooms to the fried onions and fry, stirring constantly for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Boil the chicken fillet, cool and chop finely. Add the chicken to the pan with the mushrooms and fry for another 5-7 minutes. Add flour, salt and pepper gradually. Pour in milk and simmer a little.
Step 4
Pour the mixture while still hot. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle the pots on top. Place in a well preheated oven for 20 minutes. Serve chilled a little and garnish with herbs. It is best to serve the dish directly in pots, placing the pots on stands or thick linen napkins.
