Summer always ends very quickly. Freezing bright and aromatic berries is a way to bring back the summer mood in winter. And with proper freezing of fresh fruits, most of the vitamins are retained in them. This is a very simple and affordable way for everyone to prepare for the winter.

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare freezer containers. These can be special plastic containers with lids, bags with a convenient fastener, or simple food bags. Packages need to be taken in small sizes. One packet is one serving of berries.
Step 2
Prepare the berries. Remove the spoiled and wrinkled. Also, do not forget to clean the petioles and leaves of the berries.
Step 3
Place strawberries or strawberries on flat plates or planks and sprinkle with sugar. Place in the freezer. After freezing, they must be poured into a container and removed for storage. You can cut the strawberries in half and stir in a bowl of sugar. When the berry starts up the juice, transfer it to a container and freeze. A delicious dessert for winter is ready. Strawberries and strawberries frozen without sugar lose their taste after defrosting. This berry is only suitable for compotes.
Step 4
Place the raspberries in a bowl or saucepan, sprinkle with sugar in layers. Leave it in a cool place for three hours. Then transfer to bags or convenient small molds along with the syrup and freeze. Raspberries must not be defrosted several times.

Spread blackcurrant, cranberry, lingonberry, or blueberry in bulk on appropriately shaped trays or plates and freeze. Then arrange the berries into bags or containers. Squeeze out all the air from the bags and seal them tightly. Place in the freezer for storage.
Step 6
Go through the gooseberries and cut off all the stems and inflorescences. Pour clean and dry berries into small bags. Place the bags evenly on the bottom of the freezer. Once frozen, the bags can be stacked on top of each other.
Step 7
Freeze blueberries in bulk on any pallet. Then transfer the berries to bags and store for storage.
Step 8
Remove pits from cherries and cherries. Stir the berries with sugar and immediately arrange in molds or bags. Freeze.
