- - fresh berries (honeysuckle, victoria, strawberries, strawberries, blueberries, currants, raspberries, chokeberry, gooseberries, sea buckthorn)
- - sugar
- - mixer

Instructions
Step 1
Sort out and rinse fresh berries. It is better if you immediately process the freshly harvested berries, this way more vitamins will be saved. Prepare small containers or plastic freezer bags in advance.
Step 2
Pour the berries into the mixer so that it is about 2/3 full and then add the sugar. Each berry needs a different amount of sugar: the sweeter the berry, the less sugar you need. Here, focus solely on your taste. Mix everything in a mixer on high speed for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the mixture immediately into containers or plastic bags and immediately place it in the freezer. In order not to guess later which berry puree is in this or that container, it is advisable to immediately attach pieces of paper with the name to them.
