We made this cake with my friends, when we were still ten years old schoolgirls. Now my children adore it. Ingredients (and there are only three!) Are always at hand. Cooking time with baking will take half an hour.
It is necessary
- - 4 eggs
- - 4 tablespoons flour
- - 1 cup of sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Break 4 eggs into a deep glass bowl. Beat well with a mixer.
Step 2
Take a glass full of sugar. Gradually, pouring in small portions, beat the sugar into the egg mass.
Step 3
Prepare the mold (grease it with a little oil) and turn on the oven to maximum: it will heat up to the desired temperature while we finish preparing the dough.
Step 4
Pour flour into the dough, mix well the resulting mass with a mixer. The pie dough is ready!
Step 5
Pour the dough into a mold. Place the cake in the oven. Reduce gas to medium temperature. Wait 20 minutes and enjoy a delicious biscuit!
